In-app purchases not working

I downloaded the app and purchased a one year subscription back in February 2014 through the app. I was able to download 9 issues but now The app is not recognizing my account info and not able to login to download the latest issues. I called Sky & Telescope customer service and they cant find my subscription. I sent them the actual email I got from apple and they have not fixed the issue... I am VERY DISSAPOINTED!!
