Its awful - the publisher needs to fix this

The app is dreadful, its been problem after problem, the latest version just hangs after telling me my once full library is empty. Ill miss Sky & Telescope, Im not going back to print and this app is a mess. Astronomy magazine and dozens of others have worked just fine.
