Doesnt recognize subscriptions

I subscribe directly with S&T, but the app quits when I try to open the most recent monthly editions. Its worked sporadically (but rarely) when Ive logged out, deleted/reinstalled the app, and logged back in. But thats a rather tedious process just to browse the latest issue...
