Useless

App never works correctly, cant download issues, cant do much of anything. App crashes when opened. This app is an embarrassment and should be pulled from the App Store. Latest update (2/7/15) purports to fix crashing issue. Nope. Does anyone from s&t pay attention to these reviews?
