Good when it wants to work, be on time

The frustration I have with this app is no doubt part of the restrictions imposed on it by design.

Not able to download back issues I already paid for in my subscription for one.
In a more recent case I downloaded the feb 2014 issue but havent had a chance to read till the march 2014 was already released. Now the app refuses to let me open the February issue even though I already downloaded it. Dont have these problems with other older issues I keep.

It seriously makes me question the odds Ill keep the e-sub if I cant even view what I paid for if I dont look at it before the next issue releases.
