Login doesnt work either. iTunes keeps charging me but I still have to log in with a sky and t account that is separate and has nothing to do with my apple account.
I am now going to cancel my digital account since nothing has changed since I wrote the first version of this review. Great magazine, good digital, terrible customer handling electronically.
I often travel and was looking forward to reading issues on the plane. I get mostly broken pages in an issue when I am on the plane with no connection. I then tried loading a few issues at home so they would be in the library already. In that case, I see no covers in the library when I am offline. When I click to read one, same problem, a bunch of broken pages with no way to read them. Other magazines I have work fine. I have the same problem when I am out in the field away from my home, but that is less frequent than trying to read them on the plane.
This should be a simple bug fix.
