Cannot restore purchases, waste of money

Dont digitally subscribe to Sky & Telescope unless you want to throw away money. I made the mistake of subscribing for a year ($37.99) and now cannot restore any issues that I want to re-read...issues that I paid for. Unlike every other magazine app which allows you to re-download purchased issues, once you delete a purchased Sky & Telescope issue from your device, you might as well kiss it goodbye forever.

I called them twice to inquire. First time, they said it should be fixed within a few days and just hold tight. Called back a few weeks later and this time they blamed Apple. Clearly, they have no clue what the issue is with their app. My full year subscription completely lost. Total rip-off.
